How To Run The Game
D64 file is a disk image file readable by several Commodore 64 emulators.

Download and install Commodore-64 emulator

Install Commodore ROMs if required

Download and uncompress ArthurC64.zip file

Start Commodore 64 emulator

Attach ArthurC64.d64 file as virtual diskette in emulator, using logical drive #8

Use LOAD "ARTHUR",8 to start loading the game

Start the full game loader using RUN command.
TIP: Most emulators allow speeding up the floppy drive emulation, check out this option if loading seems unbearably slow!

How to play Little Knight Arthur
Move the little knight using joystick in port #2. In emulator, you can set virtual joystick by mapping keys to each direction and the fire button.
Your goal is to get through seven levels and eventually destroy your nemesis, Shamrock The Dragon. On the way, you will need to collect and use some weapons and figure out how to free some friends captured by Shamrock's evil gang which includes bats, spiders, snakes, and even some undead creatures!
Playing tips
The game is hard because it includes semi-random movement by the enemies and traps. Before moving you should be cautious and try to get a feel for the movement patterns featured in each level. In addition to caution and appropriate timing, you'll need a bit of luck to survive.
Collecting the golden chalices with letters can award you with an extra life!
